Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at The Applus+ Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing automotive projects in the field of connected and automated driving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including activity and resource planning, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, innovation, and product management, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
