Accor Property Technology Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Technology Director to join our Accor Tech team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our global technology team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Property Technology solutions that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a long-term vision for Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sales (POS), and Sales & Catering aligned with Accor Tech's strategy and transformation plan.
  • Lead the selection of PMS, POS, and Sales & Catering solutions worldwide, defining standards, processes, and shells.
  • Collaborate with peers in regions, central tech teams, and Digital Factory teams to align strategy and roadmap with business goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team across different regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Manage functional backlog, product requests, product roadmap, and prioritization of enhancements.
  • Document and communicate with central teams and regions on maintenance, upgrades, new releases, new functionalities, new procedures, guidelines, processes, and golden rules.
  • Responsible for capacity planning of environment, defining architecture, and guaranteeing performance.
  • Build and animate a community across regions to promote automation and leverage system use to better service hotels.
  • Responsible for providing standards reports, implementing, configuring, and maintaining.
  • Accountable for global projects and responsible for adoption of product in regions/worldwide.
  • Responsible for defining key results and tracking execution.
  • Strategic partnerships and work with procurement to lead necessary contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and track performance, quality of product, satisfaction of hotels, and SLA of providers.
  • Leverage outsourcing companies to deliver part of tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience within a multi-national hospitality industry.
