Job Description

Work location: El Palmar (Murcia).

The Quality Control Technician ensures the correct procedure of radiopharmaceutical quality control with high standards of GMP, HSE, environmental protection, and good working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt of raw materials and production material.
  • Ensure correct order and cleaning of cabinets and refrigerators for storage of reagents, standards, raw materials, and production material.
  • Support the head of CQ in the execution of various activities under the responsibility of the Department of Quality Control.
  • Perform the necessary activities for the correct execution of the various activities of the laboratory of Quality Control.
  • Assist people in charge of radioprotection in management of radioactivity measuring instruments and in the handling of decontamination tanks.
  • Execution of the quality controls of the different radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Management of analytical techniques such as HPLC, gas chromatography, TLC, pH meter, activity meter, method of detection of endotoxins, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Strong affinity with and awareness of quality issues.
  • Open and clear collaboration and communication to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly.
  • Capability to work under pressure and understanding of sense of urgency around given tasks.
  • Fluent in Spanish, medium-good knowledge of English is preferred.
