Job Description

At Healthcare Businesswomen'S Association, we are seeking a highly skilled Radiopharmaceutical Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the production of radiopharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and storage of raw materials and production materials
  • Ensure the correct cleaning and organization of cabinets and refrigerators for storage of reagents, standards, raw materials, and production materials
  • Support the Head of Quality Control in the execution of various activities, including preparation of standards and reagents, micro-biological monitoring of pharmaceutical facilities, and management of counter-samples
  • Perform quality controls of different radiopharmaceuticals and manage analytical techniques such as HPLC, gas chromatography, TLC, pH meter, activity meter, and method of detection of endotoxins
  • Collaborate in the implementation and revalidation of quality control processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong affinity with and awareness of quality issues
  • Open and clear collaboration and communication to ensure daily operation runs smoothly
  • Capability to work under pressure and understanding of sense of urgency around given tasks
  • Fluent in Spanish, medium-good knowledge of English is preferred
