Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Finance Team Lead with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to lead our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment: Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the finance team.
  • Allocate responsibilities and set clear objectives: Ensure the team's goals are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis: Support strategic decision-making with detailed financial analysis.
  • Provide financial insights: Share financial performance and trends with senior management.
  • Lead budget development: Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Oversee financial forecasting: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and develop financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage audits: Coordinate internal and external audits, address audit findings, and implement recommendations.
  • Improve financial processes: Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices: Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
  • Evaluate financial systems: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to financial systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Gather relevant financial information and support organizational initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting: Required.
  • 5+ years' experience in a leadership role: Required.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software: Required.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: Required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Required.
