Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Architect Team Lead to lead our team of Cloud architects and DevOps engineers in designing and building Cloud & Edge products and enabler platforms for private and public sector customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of Cloud & Edge offerings, producing and maintaining architecture/design documents, and providing guidance to product and solution designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Cloud architects and DevOps engineers to design and build Cloud & Edge products and enabler platforms
  • Support the development of Cloud & Edge offerings within Vodafone Business
  • Produce and maintain architecture/design documents for solutions and roadmaps
  • Capture, document, and share Architecture best practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with other Architecture areas within Vodafone
  • Provide guidance to product and solution designers
  • Develop cross-technology architecture strategy through the formation of working groups

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading end-to-end solution development/solution assurance and leading matrix teams
  • Deep understanding and experience in Cloud technology, with a focus on Azure and AWS
  • Understanding and experience in Architecture frameworks and techniques
  • Experience in implementing and adapting architecture techniques within multiple delivery scenarios
