About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to drive performance measurement, innovation, and execution in Fulfillment Centre Operations. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams to develop analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influence product roadmaps using data, AWS services, and insights.

Responsibilities
  • Manage intake, coordinate, and gather requirements from business partners to handle increased data volume and demand for more cost-efficient and scalable pipelines and tech solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives, design, and implement technical solutions with appropriate strategies and design principles.
  • Drive best practices in Operational Excellence.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in SQL, Redshift, metrics development, and dashboard creation using tools like QuickSight.
  • Experience in programming is a must.
  • Ability to translate customer and business opportunities into innovative business intelligence solutions and demonstrate a passion for working with extensive datasets to drive data-driven decisions and build models that address critical questions for stakeholders.
About the Team

The EU Process Engineering Team is a group of Process Engineers located all over Europe. We are proudly part of the Ops team. Our aim is to eliminate processes variation across FCs, guiding, promoting, and scaling at network level cutting-edge best practices.
