About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Process and Systems Engineering (PSE) team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative analytics solutions to drive performance measurement and execution in Fulfillment Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate customer and business opportunities into data-driven insights and solutions
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to feed business intelligence tools and dashboards
  • Identify and develop metrics and KPIs to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process innovation and improvement
About the Team

The PSE team is a group of operational leaders driving process innovation, stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement for all Fulfillment Centers in EU. We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of establishing best-in-class network performance across all performance paths.

Requirements
  • Experience in data/BI space with expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and ETL pipelines
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python), and AWS solutions (EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with extensive datasets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence business decisions
