Nous recherchons un VIE motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Responsable de Catégorie Biens de Consommation, supervisant le marché portugais et soutenant le marché espagnol.

Basé à Madrid, vous veillerez à ce que nos hôtels bénéficient de la meilleure qualité et des meilleures conditions d'achat pour les produits alimentaires et les boissons, tout en soutenant la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'approvisionnement dans différentes catégories.

Tout candidat souhaitant postuler doit répondre aux critères d'éligibilité pour faire partie du programme VIE.

Vos missions :

  • Gérer les stratégies d'achat et d'approvisionnement pour les catégories de produits alimentaires et de boissons sur le marché ibérique.
  • Vous serez en charge des relations avec les fournisseurs et des négociations afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions en termes de qualité et de prix.
  • Vous travaillez en collaboration avec nos équipes internationales et les partenaires locaux afin d'aligner les stratégies globales/européennes avec les besoins régionaux.
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des accords internationaux tout en veillant à l'adaptabilité locale.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients afin d'élaborer des stratégies d'approvisionnement efficaces.

Compétences requises :

  • Master en commerce ou en achats.
  • Expérience dans l'approvisionnement, idéalement dans les produits frais.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du portugais.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation, avec une expérience de la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs.
  • Familiarité avec différents outils numériques (plateformes de commande, SharePoint, PowerBi).
  • Excellentes compétences en MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.).
