Job Title: Category Manager for Consumer Goods

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to join our team at AccorCorpo. As a Category Manager for Consumer Goods, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and sourcing strategies for food and beverage categories across the Iberia market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement and sourcing strategies for food and beverage categories across the Iberia market
  • Lead supplier relationships and negotiations to secure the best terms for quality and price
  • Collaborate with international teams and local stakeholders to align global/European strategies with regional needs
  • Drive the implementation of international deals while ensuring local adaptability
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective procurement strategies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business or Purchasing
  • Experience in procurement, ideally in fresh products
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in supplier relationship management
  • Familiar with different digital tools (ordering platforms, SharePoint, PowerBi)
  • Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
