Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Multilingual Communication Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for promoting the university's activities and initiatives through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective communication strategies that showcase the university's expertise and achievements;
  • To create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms;
  • To maintain and update the university's website with relevant information and news;
  • To collaborate with colleagues to design and produce promotional materials, such as brochures and posters;
  • To monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns and make recommendations for improvement;
  • To provide administrative support to the communications team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Translation/Interpretation;
  • Fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and Spanish (B2 level) is required;
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an asset;
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
  • Mature, responsible, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools;
  • Capability of working in an international environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in communication, social media, community management, mass media, translation, and language skills;
  • Necessary basic computing skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with the internet and social networks;
  • Capability of working in an international environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $25,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
