Job Summary
Universidad Católica de Murcia seeks a qualified Dentist to join our Faculty of Health Sciences as an Assistant Professor of Dentistry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the bachelor curriculum in Dentistry, designing and developing teaching materials, advising and mentoring students, and collaborating with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the bachelor curriculum in Dentistry in English, with 100% face-to-face classes on campus.
- Design and develop teaching materials to support student learning.
- Advise, direct, and mentor bachelor students to ensure their academic success.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in dentistry valid in Spain according to current legislation.
- Evidence of a high level of clinical experience applicable to the area of general dental practice (min. 5 years).
- Experience working or interacting with people from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English - reading, writing, and speaking - level C1 and ability to teach in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team working skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish skills - B1-B2.
- Hold Research Higher Degree (PhD).
- Accreditation of ANECA.
