Happy Mammoth LLC is a rapidly expanding natural food tech business with a strong presence in Australia, Europe, and the United States. We specialize in creating innovative gut, digestive, and microbiome health foods and natural supplements that empower our clients to make lasting positive health changes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the commercialization of our new products. As the Head of Commercialization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to successfully launch our products in the market. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end commercialization strategies for new products, from concept to market launch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with Happy Mammoth's business strategy and market imperatives.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategies.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and a deep understanding of the consumer goods market.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams across different departments.
