We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Services Consultant to join our dynamic team at TA Europe. As a key member of our Transactions team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on building-related installations and delivering a range of building surveying services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Preparing and providing professional advice on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control, and BMS systems
  • Delivering technical due diligence and project monitoring services
  • Taking ownership of service workload and gaining project lead status in the near future
  • Supporting end-to-end business development opportunities and providing excellent service to clients
  • Preparing customized reports in Spanish and English, analyzing building conditional status and compliance with applicable regulations, CAPEX preparation, and document analysis

Your Profile:


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, or real estate management, as well as at least 3 years' experience in a similar building services engineering environment or consultancy. You should also have experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices, and be able to abstract complex technical correlations and communicate with financial parties.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • A degree in civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, or real estate management
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar building services engineering environment or consultancy
  • Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
  • Ability to abstract complex technical correlations and communicate with financial parties
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not mandatory
