About the Role:
The Electrophysiology Clinical Specialist will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system within an assigned geography.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
- Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system.
- Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales and respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
- Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace and work collaboratively as a team player.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others with flexible and adaptable yet focused and persistent attitude.
- Willingsness to travel extensively as required by workload.
