About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Make. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our product marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our current and future customers, their challenges, needs, and wants.
  • Craft targeted segment-specific value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Enable commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Growth) on our differentiated proposition by creating tools and materials that effectively communicate our value throughout the customer journey.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to launch new solutions, driving awareness and acquisition among prospective and existing customers.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by market and audience insights.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B technology business.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of product marketing, with a particular focus on creating segment-specific value propositions, personas, and messaging.
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Skilled at driving cross-functional teams against shared goals.
  • Naturally strong communicator - both written and verbal with strong stakeholder management skills.
