MDM Solutions Architect Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering master data management (MDM) solutions that bring together information from dozens of systems to provide a seamless customer experience and enable operations and advanced analytics for Novartis' International Medicines business.

As a senior technical system owner, you will own a customer MDM technology solution end-to-end, establishing the technology roadmap for international master data management products serving Novartis's International commercial business.

Key responsibilities include establishing the business case for new master data management investments, working closely with global product owners to ensure technology service/solutions delivery teams deliver products according to strategy, and identifying functional and non-functional requirements for master data management solutions.

Additionally, you will ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact, run efficient DevOps for MDM solutions, and establish governance structures for projects and operations.

Key performance indicators include tracking, reporting, and delivering against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders within your remit.

Experience in DevOps and agile methodologies
