MDM Products Lead

At Novartis, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across the globe. To achieve this, we need a skilled MDM Products Lead to oversee the management of customer profiles from various enterprise systems.

About the Role

This is a senior technical position that requires a strong understanding of master data management (MDM) solutions and their application in a global commercial business setting. As an MDM Products Lead, you'll be responsible for partnering with stakeholders from commercial business, IT, and other internal and external partners to deliver MDM solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a technology roadmap for international master data management products serving Novartis's International commercial business.
  • Establish the business case for new master data management investments.
  • Work closely with the global product owner to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.

What You'll Achieve

  • Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to prioritize the most impactful enhancements.
  • Identify functional and nonfunctional requirements for master data management solutions.
  • Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
  • Run efficient DevOps for MDM solutions ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.
  • Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation.
  • Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders within your remit.
  • Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing, deploying new solutions and services.
  • Ensure alignment to Security and Compliance policies and procedures and service level agreements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in MDM solutions, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
