MDM Products Lead

At Novartis, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective management of customer profiles. As an MDM Products Lead, you'll play a critical role in bringing together information from multiple systems to provide a seamless customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a technology roadmap for international master data management products serving Novartis's International commercial business.
  • Develop a business case for new master data management investments and work closely with global product owners to ensure technology solutions are delivered according to strategy.
  • Identify functional and non-functional requirements for master data management solutions and ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose.
  • Run efficient DevOps for MDM solutions, ensuring availability and optimal performance.
  • Establish governance structures for projects and operations, ensuring right stakeholder representation.
  • Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
