Objetivo: Buscamos a un Especialista en Tecnologías Oracle Siebel para implementar y optimizar soluciones en el entorno Oracle Siebel y mejorar la eficacia operativa y técnica dentro de la organización.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Implementación de Siebel: Diseñar e implementar soluciones integrales utilizando la plataforma Oracle Siebel, asegurando el cumplimiento con las necesidades empresariales.
  • Optimización de Procesos: Analizar y mejorar los procesos existentes utilizando las capacidades de Siebel para aumentar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Resolución de Problemas Técnicos: Identificar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos en la plataforma Siebel, minimizando el tiempo de inactividad.
  • Colaboración Interdisciplinaria: Trabajar con equipos de TI, operaciones y negocios para garantizar que las soluciones Siebel soporten los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Documentación: Mantener documentación actualizada y precisa de configuraciones y procesos para facilitar la replicabilidad y el soporte futuro.

Requisitos Clave:
  • Experiencia demostrable en la implementación y optimización de soluciones en Oracle Siebel, especialmente en el Oracle CRM Siebel.
  • Conocimiento profundo de las funcionalidades y capacidades de Oracle Siebel.
  • Capacidad de análisis para identificar áreas de mejora en procesos operativos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para trabajar eficazmente con equipos diversos.
  • Configuración avanzada de Oracle Database, incluidos conocimientos de SQL.
  • Inglés B2 requerido, portugués un plus.
