  • Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan for the brand, driving growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Access, R&D, Medical, New Products, and Regulatory, to drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date on the evolution of the AD market and ecosystem, identifying trends and opportunities to inform product strategy and brand plans.
  • Lead the Competitive Intelligence group for AD, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with GMI to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Immuno-Dermatology market, leveraging this information to drive product strategy and brand plans.
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into the Global strategy.
  • Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Dermatology to gain insights and support the product strategy.
Education

University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Economics is preferred.

Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.
  • Experience in R&D or Commercial Early Asset planning is preferred.
  • Expertise in Immunology (specially in Dermatology) is preferred.
  • Experience in Strategic Consultancy is preferred.
  • Experience in budget preparation and management.
  • Experience with innovative molecules.
  • Experience with product launches is an advantage.
  • English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency).
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, creativity, and teamwork orientation are required.
  • Ability to connect with cross-functional colleagues and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable flexibility and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrable entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.
