Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Global Marketing Strategy to join our team at Almirall Hermal GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Immuno-Dermatology market.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead the Competitive Intelligence group for AD and provide insights to inform product strategy and brand plans.
  • Brand Planning: Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into the Global strategy.
  • Financial Planning: Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Dermatology to gain insights and support the product strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Economics preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, with experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic skills, creativity, and teamwork orientation are required. English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency).
