Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to join our BCG X team in Spain. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying innovative AI solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust and maintainable software solutions using Python and other programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
  • Participate in the full analytics value-chain, from framing new business challenges to deploying scalable solutions.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers, as well as lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Python and other programming languages.
  • Experience in software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interact directly with clients.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for software development, AI, and innovation.
