Boston Consulting Group is seeking a talented AI Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. As a key member of our BCG X team, you will have the opportunity to partner with clients across various industries and regions, helping them design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions.

As an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering thought leadership in scientific communities and papers, as well as leading conferences on behalf of BCG X. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in software development, large-scale data analytics, and redefining organizations into AI-led innovative companies.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for software development, a strong background in AI and machine learning, and excellent communication skills. If you are motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoy collaborating in teams to share software design and solution ideas, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI software solutions using Python and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI solutions
  • Conduct research and develop thought leadership in AI and machine learning
  • Lead conferences and workshops on behalf of BCG X
