We are seeking a talented AI Software Engineer to join our team at BCG X, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and collaborate with a diverse group of experts.

About the Role

As an AI Software Engineer at BCG X, you will be responsible for developing and deploying scalable AI solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust and maintainable software using Python and other programming languages
  • Collaborate with non-technical teams and consultants to ensure best practices for software development
  • Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design
  • Work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with software development practices and standards
  • Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
