**Job Summary**

Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer adoption and satisfaction across a selected group of Enterprise customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage an international team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in a defined geographical area and industry
  • Improve customer adoption by creating customer outcomes across a selected group of Enterprise customers
  • Focus the team to implement Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer outcomes
  • Establish own relationship with customers where helpful for customer engagement
  • Facilitate change and promote innovation
  • Create a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at work

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years experience managing customer-facing businesses
  • Strong business acumen
  • Automotive Industry background

  • Enthusiastic and with the ability to inspire others
  • Experience with value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
