**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on coding experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading or mentoring a development team.
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices, Java, REST, SOAP, Kafka.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
