Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interface Manager to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing interfaces between EPCI and project packages, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project management in all organizational matters and day-to-day operations regarding interfaces
  • Ensure interface management is aligned with project organization and contract setup
  • Liaise and collaborate closely with package managers, package teams, and support functions
  • Establish and maintain an interface register and follow-up on interface status, gaps, issues, and risks/opportunities
  • Prepare decision proposals and gather required input for the Management of Change process
  • Host regular interface alignment meetings between relevant packages/parties
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with focus on design of offshore steel structures or similar areas of study
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with planning/executing international offshore wind projects
  • Experienced and successfully completed at least one major/large offshore wind development
  • Commercial understanding to describe and document interfaces
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions
  • Customer-oriented approach, self-reliant, reliable, detail-oriented, structured way of working
  • People management skills in the context of managing various stakeholders locally and remotely
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the company and with potential clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required
