Job Description

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Interface Manager - Offshore Wind Advisory to join our global team. As an Interface Manager, you will play a crucial role in the execution phase of offshore wind farms, ensuring seamless interfaces between EPCI and project packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management in all organizational matters and day-to-day operations regarding interfaces
  • Ensure interface management is aligned with project organization and contract setup
  • Liaise and collaborate closely with package managers, package teams, and support functions
  • Establish and maintain an interface register and follow-up on interface status, gaps, issues, and risks/opportunities
  • Prepare decision proposals, including assessment of impact on safety, quality, budget, and schedule

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on design of offshore steel structures or similar areas of study
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in planning and executing international offshore wind projects
  • Experienced in managing interfaces in offshore wind development projects
  • Strong commercial understanding to describe and document interfaces
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions
