**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior ESG Product Director to lead our ESG product team at Convene. This is a remote position with significant potential for impact.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and execute the operational strategy for the ESG product, ensuring alignment with Convene's overall business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive go-to-market strategies, and establish key partnerships to fuel business growth.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements, oversee development, and ensure the product meets market needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and meet financial objectives.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product delivers exceptional value.
  • Ensure the product adheres to relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the ESG domain.

**Requirements:**

* 6+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the IT industry, with a focus on operations, product management, or business development.

* Previous experience in startups or building new business units from scratch is essential.

* IT Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the IT sector, with a deep understanding of software development, market trends, and technology-driven business models.

* ESG Knowledge: Understanding of ESG principles and market trends is preferred, but not mandatory.

* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

* Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
