Job SummaryWe are seeking an Account Payable Specialist with proficiency in Russian or Uzbek to join our Accounts Payable team based in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving vendor/internal discrepancies related to outstanding vendor invoice issues. You will also coordinate and liaise effectively with a wide range of clients, including suppliers and internal customers from various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve all incoming queries from suppliers, buyers, and requisitioners.
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Work with various team members and lead new country and process implementations, being the expert of your country specifics.
- Process IL vendor invoices in SAP.
- Provide backup for other countries depending on language.
- Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English (additional EMEA languages would be beneficial).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
- Highly organized with task prioritization skills, able to work under time pressure.
- IT Knowledge: MS Office; SAP would be beneficial.
- 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in Accounts Payable/finance function.
- Preferably education in Business Administration or Economics.
