Job Title: Chemical Sales Specialist III

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated and driven Chemical Sales Specialist III to join our UK team. As a key member of our Laboratory Chemicals Division, you will be responsible for representing our brand portfolio to customers and supporting our channel partners.

This is a field-based role that requires 50% travel, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. You will be responsible for gaining a full understanding of our capabilities, including bulk and custom products, and developing an effective territory sales plan.

The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical sales and a chemistry-related degree. They will be a problem solver, able to develop new business across the territory, and have excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific's brand portfolio to customers and support channel partners
  • Gain a full understanding of our capabilities, including bulk and custom products
  • Develop an effective territory sales plan, including a target account plan
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on customer visits, pipeline monitoring, and target account progress

Requirements:
