Job Title: Product Specialist - Manual & Robotic

At Stryker Iberia S.L., we are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist - Manual & Robotic to join our team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, rolling out, and managing the business for a specifically designated product or grouping of products in a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users, including guidance and assistance during Mako surgical procedures.
  • Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker's Mako robot, including set-up, breakdown, and related intra-operative activities.
  • Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for assigned cases and assist surgeons in pre-operative implant planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the robot independently or escalate matters appropriately.
  • Partner with the Field Service team to ensure technical issues are resolved and maintenance is delivered.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Outgoing and persuasive manner, with the ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
  • Confidence and persistence, with patience and self-motivation.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills, with commercial and business awareness.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel.
Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of sales experience with a Diploma in a related field. Higher education is advantageous.
  • Market knowledge and medical background are preferred.
  • First professional experience in sales of capital goods or consumables requiring explanation or many years of experience in clinics/ OR.
