About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Outreach Project Manager to join our team at Euraxess. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the communications channels of a Horizon Europe project, focusing on photonics-related sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote career opportunities for students and early-career researchers.
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content to showcase the project's results and achievements.
  • Coordinate internal and external activities to ensure the project's work plan and milestones are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Engage with project stakeholders, including universities and research institutions, to secure their ongoing commitment.
  • Organize networking events, symposiums, workshops, and visits to promote the project's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the ICFO KTT team to develop and implement outreach activities.
Requirements
  • Passion for communicating science and technology to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent English, Spanish, and Catalan language skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with universities in the Barcelona area, particularly in STEM studies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
