About the Role
Euraxess is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the communications channels of a Horizon Europe project, including social media, and developing engaging content focused on photonics-related sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project's communications channels, including social media, to ensure effective outreach and engagement with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote the project's results and engage with project stakeholders at a local and European level.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with project partners and stakeholders to strengthen links between Euraxess and the project.
- Support and participate in outreach activities organized by the team.
- Work closely with the ICFO KTT team to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
Requirements
- Be passionate about communication of science and technology and their applications.
- Be proficient in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
- Have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Have an eye for detail, responsibility, and an eager-to-learn attitude.
- Be familiar with universities in the area of Barcelona, especially in STEM studies.
- Be willing to adapt to a flexible work schedule when needed.
- Be willing to meet deadlines and follow up on assignments.
