About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Data Centre projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee the delivery of Data Centre projects, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  2. Regularly report to clients and internal teams on project progress and status.
  3. Proactively manage multi-disciplinary internal and external teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  4. Administer contracts and manage change control processes to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate testing and commissioning processes to ensure smooth handover to clients.
  6. Support the development of targeted marketing materials, bid documents, and capability statements to promote our Data Centre services.
  7. Assist in the development of a pipeline of Data Centre opportunities and support business development activities.
  8. Participate in client interviews to secure new work and support the delivery of value for money in all circumstances.
  9. Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with established processes and procedures.
Person Specification
  • Qualifications: Degree level in a construction-related field or similar.
  • Chartership: Professional (chartered) qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM ChPP, etc).
  • Technical: Strong understanding of technical aspects of project delivery from inception to post-completion, with the ability to identify and promote solutions.
  • Managerial: Ability to manage a project from inception to post-completion with senior management support, obtaining positive written client feedback.
  • Behaviours: Recognised as a positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to peers and seniors.
  • Experience: Lead Project Manager for Data Centre projects (Client or consultancy side) with a budget of £20 million+.
Essential Requirements

A construction-related degree or similar qualification with wide-ranging technical delivery experience in a similar role gained within a consultancy or end user.
