The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of market and donor dynamics and will be ultimately responsible for tracking the impact of these strategies. They will provide comprehensive insights on the overall impact when optimizing compensation structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining a data-driven model to inform compensation strategies
- Providing regular leadership updates on donor demand forecasts and recommendations to optimize compensation strategies
- Preparing and presenting financial models and projections for pricing decisions
- Implementing and tracking impact: Monitoring and optimizing pricing structures using data-driven insights
- Working closely with Operations, Marketing, and IT to align on execution plans and monitor impact
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects are also required.
