Treasury Operations Manager

MISSION
To oversee Treasury operations to enhance liquidity, ensuring short-term financial stability and proficiently managing financial risks to reduce vulnerabilities in accordance with corporate policies.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure financial liquidity with an emphasis on working capital management.
- Recognize local financial risks (such as foreign exchange, interest rates, or commodity prices) and collaborate on hedging strategies with Corporate Treasury.
- Maintain relationships and conduct negotiations with local banking institutions.
- Develop and monitor short-term treasury forecasts with a focus on cash flow optimization.
- Deliver the treasury reporting package promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Banking, J-SOX, etc.).
- Evaluate and enhance processes and procedures.
- Adhere to Ficosa's Code of Ethics to prevent fraudulent activities. Comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) relevant to the role, along with associated training.
- Lead the team, ensuring its efficiency, growth, and motivation, while promoting Ficosa's core values.
- Equip the team with the necessary resources to adhere to OHSE regulations, ensuring proper usage.
- Actively engage in the maintenance, promotion, and enhancement of the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or actuarial science.
Languages:
Proficient in the local language & Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Experience:
A minimum of 4 to 5 years in treasury departments.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional Training:
Familiarity with economics, business administration, finance, TMS, or treasury software would be advantageous.
