MISSION

To lead the Treasury function at Ficosa, ensuring optimal cash management and minimizing financial risks. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital facilities.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including FX, interest rates, and commodity price fluctuations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with domestic banks and other financial institutions.
  • Prepare and analyze short-term treasury forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide timely and accurate treasury reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including banking and J-SOX regulations.
  • Continuously review and improve treasury processes and procedures.
  • Lead by example, promoting Ficosa's Code of Ethics and Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies.
  • Develop and motivate the treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the OHSE and Quality departments to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background:

Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.

Language skills:

Fluent in the local language and English (spoken and written).

Experience:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in treasury departments.

Additional training:

Knowledge of economics, finance, and treasury applications is highly valued.
