Job Summary

The Program Experience Innovation Coordinator is a key role within IE Business School, responsible for delivering and managing projects and activities related to the Program Experience and Innovation (PXI) area. This position involves coordinating various transversal projects, events, and processes, as well as managing communication flows with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Interaction
    • Gather student feedback to identify ways to improve their experience.
    • Coordinate with class representatives and interact with students at events.
    • Conduct information sessions to present opportunities and share news.
    • Respond to students with specific questions about PXI-led projects.
    • Accompany groups of students on immersion weeks through an international network of top business schools.
  • Stakeholder Interaction
    • Liaise with IE professors to ensure successful events and programs.
    • Collaborate with other IE departments to deliver on projects and events.
    • Regular communication with external partner schools and networks.
  • Internal Development
    • Assist Associate Directors in coordinating and implementing new curricular and extracurricular innovations.
    • Assist Associate Directors in transversal coordination of key initiatives and external relations.
    • Take responsibility for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • A Master's Degree is strongly preferred. A Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
  • International experience (study and/or work) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in event management is a plus in this role.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure, and high level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation.
  • Experience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus.
