Lead AWS Partner Solutions Architects in EMEA

This role is with Amazon, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Senior Enterprise Workloads Manager, you will lead a team of partner solution architects to help our partners scale and grow their businesses with Enterprise workloads like SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and develop a team of industry-leading cloud-based solutions architects
  • Coach them on cloud adoption best practices and empower them to develop their technical skills
  • Partner with other teams within AWS to prioritize initiatives and align goals
  • Develop and implement a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS services for Enterprise Workloads like SAP within our partners in EMEA
  • Interact directly with partner executives to understand their needs and align the right resources and tools
Requirements:
  • Experience building, leading, and developing talented teams of senior engineers or solutions architects
  • Customer-facing experience and practical knowledge of the AWS platform
  • Strong leadership skills and a strong technical foundation in secure, scalable, and reliable IT architectures
