Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

At LEO Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical expertise and insights to identify business critical issues and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clear business insights, reporting, and analysis of data to support business decisions and planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, monitoring, and analysis of national and subnational sales data.
  • Develop and deliver strategic recommendations on brand strategy and business intelligence plans.
  • Lead on primary market research projects and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and provide support in the preparation of Business Review presentations.
  • Manage local data and work as a super user of BI systems to support other users.
  • Provide internal consulting and set up business cases for important business decisions.
  • Support marketing and prepare presentations for marketing and sales meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science, or relevant Business Insights qualification and experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or agency, with expertise in national and subnational in-market data, sales force effectiveness, primary market research, omnichannel analytics, forecasting, scenario planning, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong data intuition and ability to decipher trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with proven project management skills to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, BI Solutions, warehousing databases, and CRM systems.
