Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective security measures to minimize risks
- Improve relevant applications to increase end-user satisfaction
- Work closely with department heads, system users, and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of IT operations
- Develop a clear and measurable strategic plan for the IT department, including disaster recovery policies and contingency plans
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing geographically-dispersed teams
- Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects
- Technical knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, especially in Microsoft technology
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, hybrid cloud systems, workstations, mobility, and operating systems
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, CSM, and TOGAF
