Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team at Wise Security Global. This individual will be responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying potential clients, and setting up meetings to fill the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs and effectively articulate how Wise Security Global can add value through its services and solutions offered.
- Bringing vital cybersecurity industry insights to customer engagements, closing deals effectively.
- Acting as a knowledgeable leader in cybersecurity, guiding customers in their digital transformation journey within the realm of security.
- Proactively conducting campaigns to unearth new opportunities and generate fresh leads.
- Nurturing and expanding business with strategic clients by initiating productive conversations, leading demonstrations, and partnering efficiently with internal teams and external collaborators.
- Diligently cultivating and managing a network of stakeholders and drawing upon internal partnerships to deepen client relationships.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base.
- Regularly reviewing feedback, crafting long-term strategies dedicated to amplifying client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the extended sales crew, pre-sales, KAM, local partners, and marketing units to conduct detailed business analysis, targeting high-potential clients, and sculpting a list of prospective businesses.
- Pursuing relevant cybersecurity training and certifications, staying abreast of the latest trends and sharing newfound knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Technical education (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in selling Digital Trust Services (signature, identity) and/or Cybersecurity Services (offensive security, governance, SOC, resilience...).
- Ability to identify potential clients aligned with our target and strategy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Indefinite full-time contract (from Monday to Friday).
