About the Role

You will drive the execution of TBR & AG sales strategies in Spain, achieving key commercial and financial targets while managing and developing the regional salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execution and implementation of Spain TBR & AG Sales programs and strategies
  • Achievement of Spain TBR & AG sales results (volume, NS, GP)
  • Management and efficiency of the TBR & AG Salesforce in the region (Spain)
  • Support and full collaboration with Key Account Managers, Fleets' team, and Business Planning team
  • Expansion plan and execution of First Stop retail network
  • Improvement and execution of BS Partners program

Qualifications & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Educational background in Sales & Marketing or Retail & Sales Marketing
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, with 5 years in management responsibility
  • Customer-oriented skills and team management abilities
  • Languages: Spanish (native level), English (very good level)
