Background

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Manager to ensure our continued growth in the Spanish market, both in retail and contract sectors.

The job

Your role will be to identify and develop sales opportunities with existing and new customers in Spain. You will become part of a professional sales environment and a world-leading brand in high-end design furniture, where your focus will be on both residential and commercial markets. Our main customers include retail clients, 4- and 5-star hotels, leading architecture and interior design companies, as well as outdoor specialists.

Qualifications
  • You are a passionate, engaged and self-motivated salesperson
  • You are energetic, independent, and customer service-oriented
  • You enjoy being on the road, visiting clients and are willing to travel throughout Spain with 40-50 overnight stays a year
  • You may have a link to Scandinavian design or lifestyle or even a Scandinavian background.
  • You present yourself professionally and are able to build strong relationships with clients
  • You are performance-driven and always "hungry for more," with a desire to set and achieve ambitious goals
  • Proven ability to both open and close sales
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Previous external sales experience and a proven track record in selling both residential and commercial design furniture in the Spanish market
  • You speak and write Spanish and English and have your home address in Spain.
