Pricing and Market Analysis Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing and Market Analysis Director to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives, market dynamics, and customer value propositions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess pricing dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional activities to inform pricing decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Pricing Model Development: Design and develop pricing models, tools, and frameworks to support pricing decisions, discount structures, and promotional pricing strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in pricing methodologies and guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze pricing performance metrics, including revenue, margin, and price elasticity, to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 4 years experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency in pricing methodologies, pricing software, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Leadership: Leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex pricing concepts and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
