Key Responsibilities:- Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, and investment decisions.

- Sensitivity Analysis and Stress Testing: Develop sensitivity analysis and stress testing scenarios to evaluate the potential impact of external factors on financial performance and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Financial Goal Alignment and Process Improvement: Collaborate with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to align financial goals with operational objectives, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and drive process improvements.
- Financial Guidance and Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance, insights, and support to enable informed decision-making and drive business results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
