MCI is seeking a highly skilled Finance Program Director to lead and oversee strategic finance initiatives and programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and leadership, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Strategic Finance Programs: Design and implement finance programs that align with the organization's objectives, priorities, and growth plans.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance teams, business units, and functional leaders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive alignment on program objectives and priorities.
- Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Monitor Program Performance: Analyze program performance, identify variances, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making and course correction.
- Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and financial standards throughout the program lifecycle, and identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Champion Change Management: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the finance organization and across the enterprise.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Build consensus, gain buy-in, and foster collaboration in support of program objectives and outcomes.
- Track and Report Program Progress: Establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting program progress, milestones, and outcomes, and provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Conditions of Employment:
- Authorization to Work: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Background and Security Investigation: Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
- Drug Screening: Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
