The Role

Veeva is currently seeking a Solution Consultant to help our Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, and Chemical companies achieve their business vision.

As a member of our Veeva Vault Solution Consulting team, you will work with Account Partners to understand customers' business needs and provide value-based product demonstrations of Veeva Vault applications.

Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it focuses on growing our market share in these new industries.

This position will be available remotely for all applicants based in the EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organization
  • Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product- and technology-related inquiries
  • Assist the sales support team to prepare compelling, professional content for RFP and RFI responses for prospective clients
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in either the quality, content management or related enterprise software space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Driven self-starter; able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel 10%, primarily in the EU
  • Fluent or Full professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering or Consulting demonstrating software
  • Experience working with SaaS or regulated systems such as Veeva Vault, Tracegains, Intelex, ServiceNow, SalesForce, OpenText, SharePoint, Alfresco, or Documentum
  • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, or Chemical industries
  • Fluency in multiple European languages (German, French, or Spanish) in addition to English
